The Delhi High Court’s website lists Naz Foundation v. Union of India (challenging the constitutional validity of s. 377 and demanding its reading down) for delivery of judgment tomorrow (Thursday). This blog has followed the case closely.
So finally, the Court holds S. 377 to be violative of Article 21.
A very progressive outlook and landmark judgment.
I think Lawyers collective has been actively involved in this case and till a point was even posting on its website, the daily accounts of the counrt trial. I cannot find the link for that. But for other material available with them, its accessible at http://www.lawyerscollective.org/hiv-aids/anti-sodomy
