In its upcoming volume, DAKSH is looking to examine the role of the Indian Judiciary in engaging with the values enshrined in the Indian Constitution. Keeping with DAKSH’s focus on evidence-driven analyses, contributions to the report must be fact based. The contributions may address how the judiciary has engaged with constitutional values (for eg., those in the preamble, fundamental rights, or directive principles), tackled governance, adjudicated matters with competing values, or any other topic under the broader theme.
Submission Deadlines: Please submit an abstract (300 words) to the email ID of Shruti Vidyasagar (shruti@dakshindia.org) and Shrithi Naik (shruthi.naik@dakshindia.org) by 28th February 2021.
The submission of the final paper is by 31st May, 2021.
