In this report we aim to analyse the socio-economic impact of judicial delay on the affected parties (such as, under-trial prisoners, corporations, government) and on the subject matter of the dispute (such as, property, education, environment).
Analyses of the socio-economic impact of delay should use data to support findings, and contributions should also suggest solutions to mitigate the impact of judicial delay
