New issue of the German Law Journal on India: Vol 9 No. 3 (March 2008)

I came across this almost by accident, and found some interesting academic articles on a variety of legal issues: debates over the Uniform Civil Code, mediation in India, law books in the Hindu legal tradition, India’s policy on climate change, and other topics. Many of the scholars are familiar figures, who have previously written on Indian legal issues. At least some of our readers may find the fare on offer stimulating.
