It gives me great pleasure to introduce Madhav Khosla as a new contributor to our blog. Madhav graduated from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore, earlier this year, and is currently at the Commission on Centre-State Relations, Government of India. His areas of academic interest are public law and political theory, and his current research relates to global and comparative approaches to federalism. A recent post on this blog mentioned an article he wrote in Indian Judicial Review,Vol.4:1:2007.
