The panel shall consist of Shyam Divan, Senior Advocate at the Supreme Court of India, and Philippe Cullet, Professor of International and Environmental Law at SOAS, University of London and Senior Visiting Fellow at Centre for Policy Research. The panel discussion shall be moderated by Bahar Dutt, senior environmental journalist.
