Bhavisha Sharma

Bhavisha is a final-year law student at NALSAR. She joined LAOT as a Legal as another enthusiastic first-year who wanted to do everything. However, now she is deeply interested in Human Rights Law with key emphasis on Women Rights. Since 2019, she has attempted to reduce her carbon footprint and hasn’t used single-use plastics like straws, cups etc. She can be found ravishing cheesy pastas in aesthetic cafes (or alternatively during lockdown on her phone she watches food videos and cries).

Gayatri Gupta

Gayatri is a fifth-year student at NALSAR University of Law. She has a keen interest in Refugee law, Constitutional Law, and Human Rights Law. She also works at Parichay Legal Aid Clinic as a core team member. These days, she can be found chilling with doggos and honing her binge-watching skills.

Anushree Verma

Anushree is a fourth-year law student at Nalsar University of Law, Hyderabad. She’s deeply interested in public policy, constitutional law and criminal law and their intersection. She also works as a Death Penalty Research Fellow with Project 39A. In her free time, she can be found complaining about the lack of free time or arguing for the superiority of fiction over non-fiction

Eeshan Sonak

Eeshan is a third-year student at NALSAR. He’s deeply passionate about Constitutional Law and socio-legal issues. His days lack predictability, pendulating between productivity and procrastination. His interests are known to change from time to time, varying from sports to abstract art to the outdoors.

Mariyam Mayan

Mariyam is a third-year student at NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad. Her areas of interest include Public International Law, Criminal Law and Human Rights. She also likes writing, dancing and exploring new food. When not doing any of these, she can be found in a quite corner, sipping on coffee, listening to music or going through Instagram reels.

Pranjal Gautam is a third-year law student at NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad. His relevant areas of interest include Constitutional Law, Political Philosophy and Public International Law. He also enjoys brewing and tasting freshly roasted coffee, loves cats and reads horror manga or psychology thriller novels in his free time.

Shravani Shendye

Shravani is a fourth-year student at NALSAR University of Law. She is interested in public policy, constitutional law, and the intersectional discourse surrounding human rights. Academic writing and legal research comprise her other relevant interests. She is born in a nuclear Maharashtrian family and is a trained kathak dancer. She also writes poetry, reads mostly fiction, and likes to work out in her spare time.

DGV Rithvik is a fourth-year student at NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad. His areas of interest include Public Policy, Urban Transit and Intellectual Property Law. He maintains two of the University’s website – NALSAR eLibrary and NALSAR Forums. In his free time, you can either find him listening to music or of course – in the University’s IT Department.

Anushri is a second year student at NALSAR. She is interested in Intellectual Property Law, Constitutional Law and Technology Law. In her free time she can be found reading or taking long naps.

Suhani Paruvelly is a second-year student at NALSAR, who is still figuring out what they are doing here. At the moment, they are interested in Contract Law and Jurisprudence. In their free time, they like to lift, go for walks to see frogs, and vehemently recommend TV shows to friends.

Yashashwini Santuka is a third-year law student at NALSAR. She is interested in Constitutional law, Technology law and Public Policy. She believes writing is the only way she can truly express herself and thus spends her time reading and writing when not doomscrolling on the Internet.

Nitya is a fourth-year student at NALSAR. She is interested in Environmental Law, Constitutional Law, and Education Policy. She’s fond of doodling when she’s supposed to be doing academic stuff, and when she’s not doing academic stuff [i.e. most of the time] she’s usually oscillating between phases of binge-reading and binge-watching.

Shanthan is a fourth-year law student at NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad. His areas of interest include Constitutional, Commercial, and International Laws. He loves watching football and reading books. He likes to spend his free time developing new skills. He was also a tech editor of the LAOT Blog from 2020-21

Dyuti is a second-year student at NALSAR University of Law. She is a person with the enthusiasm of hopping on to every available opportunity. She has deep interest in women’s rights and strives to bring a change. In her leisure time, she can be found experimenting with Maggi or watching food reels

Harsh is a third-year law student at NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad. He is deeply interested in constitutional law, human rights law and public policy. In his free time, he loves reading poetry and incessantly binge-watching crime thrillers.

Mrityunjoy Roy

Mrityunjoy is a third year student studying law at NALSAR University of law Hyderabad. His main fields of interest are criminal law, constitutional law and arbitration law. He has an avid interest in furthering the cause of legal aid in India, and is team leader of the NALSAR legal aid group. Furthermore, to pursue his interest in creative and non-legal writing, he co-founded the official Nalsar student magazine Fiddler on the Flag Road. In his free time, he can be found quizzing, cooking and listening to music, sometimes all together.

Saumya Khandelwal

Saumya is a third year student at NALSAR, with avid interest in Public Policy and Technology Laws. She also serves as the Editor of Tech Law Forum. Her favourite part of the day is playing badminton with her father. She loves to dance and plays the synthesizer for peace of mind. Currently on a mission to adapt a healthy lifestyle, one can find her nagging everyone around and on the other side of the screen for eating right and getting some exercise. In her free time she throws game nights and houseparties or watch dance videos.
