Dayaar is a final year student at NALSAR. He is deeply interested in public policy, technology laws and gooey chocolate cakes. He co-founded the NALSAR Litigation & Advocacy Project, which has worked on Foreigners Tribunals in Assam, fake news & disinformation amongst other issues. He also serves as the Editor of the Indian Journal of Intellectual Property Law. He was invited to testify before the US Trade Representative for the 2019 Special 301 Report, for which he received SCU Law Dean’s Special Travel Grant.
