Titled, The Shifting Scales of Justice: The Indian Supreme Court in Neoliberal India , the volume includes essays by Aditya Nigam, Usha Ramanathan, Nivedita Menon, Varun Gauri, Sudhir Krishnaswamy, Madhav Khosla, Arun Thiruvengadam, Phillipe Cullet and Ujjwal Kumar Singh.
